Company: Wellknown western FMCG company Vacancy: Financial Analyst Requirements: - Bi-lingual (English / Russian)
- Higher education (preferably in Finance or Economics, or Applied mathematics)
- 1,5+ years Finance Analyst / Management Accountant experience in Western company with solid presence at domestic market
- Knowledge of financial accounting and reporting (US GAAP or IAS), including P&L and BS is a must
- End user experience with SAP R/3 is an advantage
- Advanced PC, MS Office user.
Duties: - Participation in preparation of company’s operating and strategic budgets and forecasts, and ongoing best estimates. This includes collection and verification of data, defense of chosen scenario before the management, and submission of appropriate financial reporting package. Follow-up changes.
- Perform analysis of monthly, quarterly and annual financial results comparing it to set budgets. Special emphasis is placed on budget controlling function.
- Ongoing evaluation of performance of business processes, and notification of the management about potential saving opportunities and risks of over-spending.
- Identification of potential improvements in OPEX tracking processes for better transparency and control, and for saving of resources involved.
- Assist Selling function in economical evaluation of proposed programs. Control actual execution of selected programs for declared financial benefits.
- Provide Managers with full financial support participate in meetings and represent financial function in Customer Business Development project activities. To assist BH (budget holders) in budget preparation.
- Prepare and provide Managers with the full information about project’s performance based on reporting requirements and timetable. Prepare and submit various financial reports as required and scheduled by local and regional Management.
- Prepare ad hoc financial estimates, reports and analytical charts to the management

Coordination of branches activities with the Head office of the bank. Business-planning and expenditures control for regional divisions’ development.
Gathering and analysis of statistics of bank’s subdivisions work. Handling of region’s accounting. Analysis of efficiency of regional subdivisions work. Preparation of presentations and business reports, running of current documentation.
Development of marketing strategy for increasing the brand’s part at the market and for profit growth, launch and promotion of new brands. MBA diploma is being achieved now.
Concept development and implementation of QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2000 requirements and industry regulatory documents (IMAS, GMP, etc.). Over 15 enterprises are certified in the territory of Russia and CIS countries. More than 30 audits were held by the third party.
