My acquaintance with 3R was quite traditional. I posted my CV on hh.ru and soon got a call from a 3R consultant proposing a vacancy. Communication with consultant Oksana was very productive; she gave all necessary information and answered all my questions.

I had a telephone interview because at that time I did not live in Moscow. Next interview with EC Engineering was also by phone. There were no technical questions; we discussed my previous working experience. I was surprised that the interview was so easy for me and had doubts whether EC Engineering gained a complete understanding of my professional skills. Fortunately, everything turned out well and now I work here.

EC Engineering is a system integrator with presence on the Russian and international markets. As for me, I study IBM systems and products and find it very interesting. I learn more about the z/os operating system and its architecture. I have not worked with hardware that is part of the z systems before, so for me it is a challenging and very interesting task. I am happy I have the opportunity to study architecture hardware components of the z /os operating system and I believe that it is important for my professional development in IT. 

Also at my current position I need to interact with people much more than before as I communicate with my colleagues and the company’s customers. At my previous job I was more involved in programming and communicated and coordinated my work with managers less. At my current job I need to do it to be aware of the company’s business. The atmosphere here is friendly and colleagues are always ready to help. I appreciate it a lot, because I think that a small company gives an opportunity to develop one’s organization skills and improve time management.
